Update - The Weather is against us!

It has been a tough week in the painting business. We have not painted at your complex since last Saturday. The weather has been too wet and now too cold. As soon as it warms up we will make some progress!

Update April 11

We have completed the preparation on the South elevation on Pender Street. The first coat has been applied to three units on the Pender Street elevation.

Progress

Washing was completed yesterday. Any misses in the washing will be corrected as we do the prep. We will not be on site today as we let the wood dry out. We will begin preparation(caulking, scraping, priming) on Friday at 9am.

The Washing Phase Started

Washing has taken place on the lower trim through-out the project. We also completed washing the upper trim on the Pender Street side of the complex. We will be continuing today on the washing of upper trim.

It has been brought to my attention that the boom has damaged some grass on the boulevard. We will repair this upon completion of the project. We are sorry, and we don't mean to disrespect your property.

Delay by one day.

Sorry, the washing of the exterior trim has been delayed by one day until Tuesday, April 5, 2011 at 8:00AM. It is raining so hard that the painters don't feel safe on the ladders. I am sorry for this inconvenience. Hopefully, it is a little nicer tomorrow.
